– Land Rover Defender TD5 Header Tank comes complete with Expansion Bottle Tank Cap and sight glass.
– A direct replacement for the original plastic item that is prone to splitting. No modification required.
– Designed and manufactured here at Optimill, from laser cut, corrosion resistant aluminium and fully TIG welded by hand. Ceramic bead blasted and anodised in gloss black.
– Developed in motorsport, this superior quality item is ideal to upgrade your vehicles engine bay.
– Fits all Defender TD5 Models 1999>2007, also fits vehicles fitted with traction control or stability control.
– Choose your preferred colour of cap from the dropdown menu.

Defender - up to 2007 - 3 Seats Covers in kit - 3 x Full seat - excludes head rest covers. These hard-wearing washable covers are made from waterproof woven polyester with a PVC backing. Easy to put on the seats and just as easy to remove again.

- Front Security Door Hinges for Land Rover Defender 90 - Our innovative design means you can no longer remove the door from the bulkhead without the screws fitted, internal fixings on the door side of the hinge increase security for unwanted removal. - Designed and manufactured here at Optimill in the UK, these high quality door hinges are CNC machined from Billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium. - The hinge pins are made of stainless steel which are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal or theft. - The hinges also feature self lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear. - After machining and going through our strict quality control procedures and anodised to a maximum of 25 microns. - Supplied with high security stainless fixings & shims.
