At ARB, we take integration to the highest level with our own selection of bushes, U bolts, centre bolts, spring liners, trim packers and suspension fitting kits.

The Land Rover Defender is a medium sized 4×4, known for its ruggedness, no nonsense approach and high level of capability off road. During development, OME engineers focused their efforts on increasing off road ability further as well as improving load carrying capability, ride and handling. As well as a range of springs and shocks, providing ride height increases of 30-40mm (approximately), a variety of other components were developed to provide a comprehensive solution. These include an upgraded steering damper to reduce the effect of wheel vibration and increase steering feel, a caster correction kit to maintain factory steering geometry specifications and trim packers to aid in fine tuning front and rear ride heights. Due to driveline angles, it is necessary to modify or replace the front driveshaft with double Cardoon joints in this model. For further wheel travel and articulation, a long travel kit has been developed which achieves a ride height increase of 50mm (approximately). Numerous engineering hours have been spent in developing solutions to overcome geometry issues resulting from the increased lift and travel.

- Front Coil Springs - Rear Coil Springs - Front Shock Absorbers - Rear Shock Absorbers Designed To Fit: - Defender 90 Hard top - Defender 90 Station wagon - Defender 90 Pickup A vehicle lifted by 50mm using correctly matched coil springs and shocks will improve on road handling, comfort and stability from the original set up. The Kahn Medium Load Suspension Kit should be used on vehicles carrying up to 100kg additional equipment, such as a winch and bumper fitted to the front and up to 200kg additional load to the rear. This kit will give approximately 50mm of lift and comprises front springs and shockers, rear springs and shockers.
